These terms apply to Sudoku Original: Daily Battle ("the game"), made by Scorpion Labs ("we"), together with the Scorpion Labs Terms of Use. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them.

1. Using the game

The game is free to play and is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

2. Accounts and online battles

Signing in with Google is optional. You are responsible for your Google account. In online battles, choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone, and do not cheat, disrupt other players' games or misuse the battle service. We may remove rooms or block access for players who do.

3. Ads and rewards

The game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that unlock extra hints, lives or themes. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Themes unlocked by an ad stay unlocked for 24 hours.

4. Availability

We work to keep the game and its online features running, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or end any feature at any time. Progress kept only on your device can be lost if you clear the game's data or uninstall it; signing in with Google backs it up.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Scorpion Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game.

How we handle information is described in the game's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
